The Conference Organizers will reserve blocks of hotel rooms at special rates for early registrants. A limited number of discounted rooms in University housing will also be available for advanced paid reservation.

Campus Housing and Hotels

We offer several options for lodgings while in Chicago. From campus housing to a variety of hotels, you are sure to find a comfortable place to relax after a day at the conference.

The University Center Chicago (UC)

Located in the heart of the Columbia College Chicago campus, between Congress and Harrison at 525 S. State Street, offers dormitory style housing at an excellent value. Located a short walk (1 - 4 blocks) from the conference venues, the UC Center provides full-service housing which includes the following:

All bed linens, towels, desk with chair, bookshelves, closet with organizer, Internet access (you must bring your own Ethernet cable), and alarm clock.

Guests also have access to the building’s recreation area, fitness center, outdoor terrace, floor kitchens and laundry facilities. Breakfast is included in the daily room rate in the University Center’s dining facility.

Room rates (including breakfast daily) are: 4-person occupancy. The setup is four single bedrooms, two full baths, a large kitchen and living area. $75 per person/per night + tax

The Best Western Grant Park: Chicago Hotel

Conveniently located within the Columbia College Chicago campus and located 2- 5 blocks from the conference venues.

Hotel amenities include on-site dining, complimentary hi-speed Internet service, outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, and fitness room. The Best Western Grant Park is an ideal location for conference lodgings. The hotel offers a special rate for Intetain 2014 Conference attendees.

Early Bird Rates (reserve by April 30, 2014) $169 per night for single/double occupancy $179 per night for triple/quad occupancy $10 for each additional guest Plus 16.4% tax per room, per night

The cut-off date for making reservations is May 8, 2014. On the cut-off date, the block of rooms that have not been rented will be released.

Club Quarters - Chicago, Central Loop

Located only 8 blocks from the Columbia College Chicago campus and conference venues, Club Quarters offers excellent accommodations for business travelers, custom designed rooms with queen bed, luxury linens, lounge chair and work area, free high-speed wireless Internet, a fitness room, restaurant and bar, and complementary coffee and tea.

The hotel is offering a special rate for Intetain 2014 Conference attendees. $161 per night/per Standard room accomodation + tax $15 per extra person per room**
