• Authors must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the camera-ready version of their paper.
• One registration may cover up to 50 papers of which the registrant is co-author.
• At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a camera ready paper. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate.
• Please note that the STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT ALLOW THE CAMERA-READY PAPER UPLOAD.

General information

• Please note that a limited number of rooms are still available at the discounted rate for early registrations.
  

• After successfully finishing the Registration procedure, you will be able to upload the Camera-Ready version of your paper through Easy Chair system.

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full rate (member or non-member) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Student fee DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMERA-READY PAPER UPLOAD even if you are a student. All authors must complete the registration process BEFORE they are given access to upload the camera-ready version of their paper. One registration may cover up to 2 papers of which the registrant is co-author.

• 1-DAY ONLY FEE INCLUDES:

• All sessions on the selected day;
• Coffee breaks and lunch only in the requested day;
• Conference bag and conference accessories;
• Official conference proceedings USB;
• Evening events are not included .

• TECHNICAL SESSION REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
  • All meals during the course of the conference (lunch, coffee breaks);
  • A ticket to the official conference gala/banquet dinner;
  • Conference bag and conference accessories;
